Telescopic Names
I love the literal way many modern telescopes are named. There’s the ‘Very Large Telescope’, the ‘Multiple-Mirror Telescope’ and the proposed ‘Overwhelmingly Large’ (my personal favourite) and ‘Thirty Meter’ telescopes.
Now I see a proposal for the possibility of ‘Unbelievably Large’ telescopes on the moon.
I hope the name sticks.
